Courtney Hendricks and Erica Cain are the owners of an established, full-service nanny placement agency
in Boulder, Colorado. We conceived The Nanny Space in an effort to bring convenient and affordable
nanny searches beyond the Rocky Mountains to reach families across the world. We wanted to make the knowledge
we’ve gained accessible to families everywhere. At our Boulder agency we’ve used the Internet for recruiting purposes,
but we’ve never found an online service that combines efficiency and affordability with a positive user-experience.
We wanted to create a useful and fun social networking venue for families and nannies alike.
We have aided hundreds of Colorado families with successful nanny searches. We also used to be nannies, so we know first-hand that working as
